REFLECTION MY TEACHER EDUCATION CAMPUS LIVE.
REFLECTION ON:
I  RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM PATIENCE TELLING ME THAT I SHOULD COME TO TEC SIYABUSWA ON 28 OF JANUARY, TELLING ME THAT MY APPLICATION WAS A SUCCESS.
UPON MY ARRIVAL ON THE CAMPUS I WAS DIRECTED TO THE MAIN HALL BY THE SECOND YEARS STUDENTS AND WHEN I GOT THERE I RECEIVED SOME FORMS TO FILL IN AND AFTER DOING ALL THOSE PAPER WORK I WAS FINALLY REGISTERED.
THEY TRIED TO MAKE US FEEL AS WELCOMED AS THEY COULD HERE ON TEACHER EDUCATION CAMPUS UPON OUR ARRIVAL.I WAS A BIT SCARED AS I DIDN'T KNOW WHO MY ROOMMATE WAS GOING TO BE AND I WAS WONDERING HOW HARD IT WAS GOING TO BE.
REFLECTION IN:
IT WAS VERY HARD FOR ME TO MAKE FRIENDS BUT AT LEAST THE WAS ONE STUDENT WHOM I KNEW FROM HIGH SCHOOL AS WE WENT TO THE SAME SCHOOL, I BECAME HER FRIEND FOR A WHILE UNTIL WE RELEASED THAT WE ARE TWO SEPARATE PEOPLE SO WE CHOOSE OUR DIFFERENT WAYS.
WHEN CLASSES BEGIN I FOUND THINGS A LITTLE BIT STRANGE AS THINGS WERE DONE TOTALLY DIFFERENT HERE AT THE TEACHING CAMPUS OF UMP AND I WAS USED TO DOING THINGS IN A SECONDARY MANNER, BUT EVENTUALLY I GOT USED TO THINGS.
I ALSO FOUND SOME MODULES WERE VERY HARD TO DO. MODULES LIKE TEACHING STUDIES AS I WAS NOT USED TO USING A COMPUTER TO DO AND SUBMIT MY WORK SO I WAS A BIT SLOW WHEN IT CAME TO DOING ALL THE MODULES WORK THAT NEEDED TO BE TYPED.REFLECTION FOR:
NOW THAT I AM A LITTLE BIT USED TO THE VARSITY WAY OF DOING THINGS I AM GOING TO PUT ALL MY AFFORD IN THIS MODULE AND I AM ALSO GOING TO FOCUS ON BECOMING A CARING AND ACCOUNTABLE TEACHER.I WILL BE A SERIOUS TEACHER TO BE SO THAT WHEN I LEAVE HERE I LEAVE WIT MY BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN HAND.

KWAMHLANGA

I went to school in Kwamhlanga an urban fringe area in Mpumalanga province, situated somewhere next to Pretoria other wise known as the city of Tswane. The name of the school I went to is Silamba senior secondary school  a big school with over +-1500 pupil's and with limited resources and a number of very good teachers.

it is a government school, where the community is very involved in learning and education of its children. the school runs under a very strict rule of the code of conduct. it is a school that's known for its high rate pass with the grade 12 learners of 2013 increasing the pass rate by 20% taking the pass from 2012 to 88% in 2013.
i was very proud to be part of the learners that also passed my grade 12 and not part of the learners that brought down the pass rate of my previous school.i was very luck to have teachers who proud themselves with their jobs, teachers who helped me pass and get through my high school days.
i did seven subjects;
geography
agricultural science
life science
mathematics literacy
life orientation
English first additional language
